To Buy Your Next Home Five Reasons In Scottsdale, Arizona!

Arizona is known for its desert climate and natural characteristics. It's not surprising that many tourists ultimately choose to make Arizona their home as a top destination for tourism. I lived in Scottsdale, just outside of Phoenix since 1994, and I've seen all of the city offering home buyers as a licensed real estate agent. The Scottsdale real estate market was blessed enough to thrive through the chaos of Covid, and in the near future the market seems to remain strong. If you are considering moving to Scottsdale, Arizona are the top five reasons. apartments

1. Living Cost

As an Immobilier Agent in Scottsdale, I speak directly when I say many people from around the country flock to the area. The county of Maricopa comprises 43 cities, including Scottsdale, and the average house sales price is approximately $530,000, which makes it relatively more affordable than coastal regions. In fact, the total supply of properties at this time is not sufficient to meet the demand.

As demand for Arizona homes is increasing, people are actually moving to live in Arizona. In Scottsdale, what this means for home buyers is that home value is as low as ever and will continue to grow every year. If you're looking for a home in the neighborhood, it's the best time to contact a local property agent who can find a home exceeding your expectations without expanding your wallet.

2. Everyone Activities

It is no wonder why Scottsdale was voted No. 1 city because of its safety and outdoor activities to raise a family in America in 2014. Tons of public parks and recreation areas are available for walking, cycling and swimming. Scottsdale has many lakes known for winter skiing, fishing and family fun in close proximity to gazebos. If you are looking for a high-end sunshine spot, there are great resorts with luxury swimming pools and spas. After a dip on a sunny day, eat in one of the many outdoor restaurants during the sunset. If you are the outdoor guy, Scottsdale is great to get around so you can enjoy the sun more, but be aware that after the summer home prices and purchases could fall.

3. Weather Weather

It's really hot in Arizona only about three months a year. But it's sunny and warm for six or seven months out of the year, like heaven on earth. In Scottsdale, the temperature can vary from 44 degrees in winter to 97 degrees in summer. And, believe it or not, in winter it even snowed a few times lightly. During the buying season of spring and summer, where the market is as hot as weather, more rates and higher mortgage rates could slow the rate of appreciation of home prices.

4. Sports and Events

Throughout the spring, athletes, families and sports enthusiasts from around the country attend many local events in the hotels. The most popular spring training in the world of baseball is where 15 major league baseball teams use all the ten baseball stadiums in the greater metropolitan area of Phoenix. The annual Phoenix Waste Management Open is the world's largest zero-waste sports event for golf fans.

Governor Ducey gave companies and event organizers the option at the time of this writing of continuing to demand masks, social differences and other preventive measures if they choose to, but this is no longer a requirement. Now that Arizona is open for events with more relaxed protocols, the local economy is back and forth.

5. Close to top destinations

Living in Scottsdale, you can easily visit tons of destinations in a prime location. You do not have to travel the distance to have a holiday, whether it's for a romantic getaway or a family journey. Scottsdale is near the border between the U.S. and Mexico where you can eat, go riding and taste wine. Each of New Mexico, Utah, Nevada and California's surrounding border states is similarly short. If you're looking for a local place to snowboard, in Flagstaff, a gem is called the Arizona Nordic Village, only 3 hours away from Scottsdale. And of course, one of the seven wonders of the world is only three and a half hours away – the Grand Canyon.

With so much to do in the area, it is not surprising why so many out-of-state visitors never leave. Even with low inventory of housing and the sales prices start to increase due to high demand, new construction in the area will continue to grow, so that the cost of living for you and your family will remain low.
